StepUpRevolution suits WATCH THE FIRST 3 MINUTES OF STEP UP: REVOLUTIONThe fourth movie in the ‘Step Up’ franchise – Step Up Revolution - is doing its stretches and getting ready to take the stage July 27th, hoping to capitalize on the fairly decent following the movies have acquired.

The first in the series, simply titled Step Up (2006), brought us the moves of Channing Tatum, who six years later dusted off his dancing talent for the male stripper comedy Magic Mike.  It’s also the production where Tatum met his wife, then co-star Jenna Dewan.  The film brought in over $114 million at the worldwide box office, striking the match for its two sequels, Step Up 2 The Streets and Step Up 3-D, successfully raking in more than $150 million and $159 million worldwide respectively.

For Step Up Revolution, Miami becomes the backdrop for Sean (Ryan Guzman) and his dance crew, “The Mob,” who perform elaborate, cutting-edge flash mobs.  The love story begins when Emily (Kathryn McCormick) arrives in town with the dream of becoming a professional dancer.  But when a wealthy real-estate developer threatens their neighborhood and the displacement of thousands of people, Emily joins forces with Sean and his crew to turn their performance art into protest art.

Packed with creatively choreographed dance sequences, here is the first three minutes of Step Up Revolution
