It took longer to develop the movie and get it into production than it did to film and complete it, but roughly five years after a script was born for Hitchcock, we have our first official trailer. The film stars Academy Award® winner Anthony Hopkins as the legendary director, following him through the process of making his classic film Psycho in 1959.
Oscar® winner Helen Mirren stars as Hitchcock’s wife, Alma, with Scarlett Johansson as Psycho victim Janet Leigh. Jessica Biel, Danny Huston, James D’Arcy, and Toni Collette also help round out the cast.
Hitchcock opens in limited release on November 23, just in time for awards season.
