It’s the fifth, and final, movie starring Channing Tatum in 2012 (following Haywire, The Vow, 21 Jump Street and Magic Mike), and of all of his movies, it’s probably the one audiences can relate to the most (unless you were also once a male stripper).

In 10 Years, which Tatum also produced, he stars in an ensemble that includes his real-life wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Chris Pratt, Rosario Dawson, Ari Graynor, Justin Long, Max Minghella, Oscar Isaac, Kate Mara, Scott Porter, Brian Geraghty, Aubrey Plaza, Anthony Mackie, Lily Collins, Nick Zano and Ron Livingston … all headed to their ten year high school reunion.

Among the more interesting characters are the Tatums, who team up as on-screen boyfriend/girlfriend. He’s ready to take their relationship to take to the next level…until he sees for the first time in ten years his high school girlfriend, played by Dawson.
Pratt and Graynor play married high school sweethearts with two children. She is a former cheerleader, he was a bit of a bully, now hell-bent on apologizing to the guys he made fun of when he was more immature. Problem is, he still isn’t all that mature.
Isaacs is now a big shot musician, a magnet for autographs and attention at the gathering. He runs into a former classmate, played by Mara. As the flirting heats up, revelations are revealed.
And Long is determined to sleep with the hottest girl in school, Anna (Collins), but his friend AJ (Minghella) keeps getting in his way of making a move. When the two hatch a plan to surprise her at home, they are the ones in for the surprise.
Fortunate for the audience, we don’t have to see the agony of scenes that could’ve played out with the “should I go?” debate. With the gang headed off to the big event, it’s the things they’ve learned in the last ten years – about each other and themselves (especially for Pratt in a stand-out, scene-stealing performance) – that make the story and characters interesting. Just when you think you know everything you can about a best friend or significant other, there’s always more than meets the eye.
Here are six newly-released clips from the movie that opens Friday, September 14th.
